I either do that or wait until we have any sort of verbal confirmation of 4 players. Like last night in mmb we checked in when we only had 3 and neither of our teammates were responding. FORTUNATELY we got a 4th before it started but god it was tense until they showed up

Rule 1 of tournament etiquette: Please don't check in to a tournament unless you are actually ready to play the tournament.

Being late to your set doesn't just delay that set but the rest of the tournament. Everyone else shouldn't have to wait just cause your team is unable to be there on time

THIS... I hate when teams im on check in when we don't have 4 players ready at all. It's basic common sense to wait before checking in because of such. I genuinely cant get why or how people do this

Haven't played open level tourneys in a hot minute and ritm played in mmb. Unfortunate 0-2 loss but I'm proud of how I played. Im shocked at how I was able to keep up so well with like.. d4-3 teams on liter scope, so ykw I think everything went really well. yippee

Turf war and simply playing in a casual setting. Ofc out of comp liter isn't the ONLY thing I play, but it's all I mostly play. I just play it in every environment and enjoy myself. I just simply enjoy the weapon a bunch

Had a team meeting with ritm last night. We generally discussed how we constantly get distracted in the middle of the game and lack of communication. Resolution? I take Astrea's scheduling duties and we have decided to play more casually and do some fun stuff as friends rather as a team. Hurrah

I'm a **wiper 1-trick** and have been since the start of S3 I do interviews, host the spl community census, and up until recently I was org lead @ Splatoon Stronghold, having worked in the org for nearly 2 years. I've also been a coach and team manager both inside and outside the SBA. I'm *very* passionate about the community behind the game, and am generally highly sociable (I'm a big people person :3) ## Comp experience: - First played competitively in **2020**, been on and off competing ever since - **4,000** hours across the franchise - **2561.1** XP peak - Seeded **LUTI D4** in season 16 - **LI banned** My biggest strength is my confidence in taking and winning engagements/setting them up for my teammates. I have a lot of experience with my weapon and the way I play is highly based on instinct. My biggest weakness is formulating and sticking to a big picture plan, because I play so instinctually, sometimes it can be hard to rein myself in to service a larger goal needed of the match. ## What I'm looking for (ordered) - No bigots <3 - A team that can play around wiper - I'm not *too* stressed abt your current skill level (within reason) but I do care abt my teammates' capacity for improvement, being able to show that is important - Emotional maturity - A healthy fun little friend group with silly guys - Compatible with my weekday time schedule (I'd like to not be limited to only playing weekends)
