The East West Railway Company were on site at Begbroke today, with a stand in the coffee shop, speaking with our community about the plans for the Oxford–Cambridge rail link.
The project represents an important opportunity for the region, and we welcomed the chance to learn more about it.
On this grey February day, we’re looking forward to sunnier days outdoors.
We’re lucky to be surrounded by green spaces and wildlife at Begbroke, including our pond, home to koi, carp and goldfish.

Meet the Begbroke community: A&B Smart Materials is a start-up based in our AgileLab at Begbroke. They’re working on biodegradable alternatives to fossil-based superabsorbent polymers used across hygiene products, agriculture and packaging.
Congratulations to both our tenants OXCCU and A&B Smart Materials, recognised in the Startups 100 Index 2026. #AgileLab tenant A&B Smart Materials featured in the Top 100, while OXCCU ranked fourth overall and won the Sustainability Award.
