I long for the speedrun days of old, wish I had speedrun friends like I used to, I shouldn't have kept certain people at arms length and I think a lot of people are disinterested these days

watching toobous 1:12:58 and its amazing how I can watch every level, know I can play as well if not better than him on every level and still have a two minute worse pb, consistency is such a beautiful trait to have

I never thought real life would get so busy that I couldn't speedrun, I'm still able to currently but it's looking bleak, at least to compete at top level, I'm going to squeeze what I can out of myself (pause) and in the future I'll just try and get good in other games but not great

I lost 15 seconds in Ricco 5, my EYG segment was 2:16, and got gooped by bowser, some very small improvements on a couple of levels could result in a mid-low 1:14
