Si tienes un olfato entrenado durante años sobre dónde vale más la pena invertir tu esfuerzo, este se va a ver alterado. Asegúrate de que lo importante tiene un hueco en tu agenda.
Esas apps que antes costaban dos semanas y que nunca había tiempo de hacer, de repente cuestan un dia. Sin embargo los bugs difíciles siguen necesitando de un humano que depure y haga trazas. Las nuevas funcionalidades requieren reuniones con otros equipos y stakeholders, etc.
El segundo es sobre foco. El tiempo de desarrollo con IA se reduce mucho, pero no es cero. Es muy fácil dejarse llevar y tratar de construirlo TODO. Una web para navegar el sistema de permisos, una app que resuma mis tareas cada día, una app que demuestre todas las funcionalidades de un SDK...
Esto es importante también para proyectos de corta vida o internos, no hace falta que todo proyecto tenga un coverage del 100% pero sí que haga lo que se le pide y que se puedan hacer cambios.
El problema con eso es que la IA se ve influenciada por el código existente (como los ingenieros humanos) por lo que hacer cambios importantes luego se vuelve muy difícil y el resultado suele ser un Frankenstein.
Tenía la hipótesis de que como el tiempo de IA es más barato que el mio, iba a ser más rentable darle una idea general, dejarle construir y pensar entonces en qué es lo que quiero.
Es más rápido, y el resultado es mucho mejor cuando dedicamos 10 minutos a pensar en qué queremos exactamente y en un diseño de arquitectura que lo soporte. 9 minutos pensando y 1 describiendo la idea con detalle.
Llevo un mes usando de manera muy intensa Claude code y tengo un par de consejos.
El primero es sobre calidad. Calma este no es un post sobre "todo el código IA es malo", más bien al revés.
Muy agradecido por dar voz a mi versión sobre los bloqueos sin sentido de La Liga.
