All I'm gonna say here is in this scenario there is no instance of you maintaining your freedom. You either eventually eat your firearm, they take you out, or your punishment will be several times worse than it would have been. They win in the end. Owning a firearm would not improve my situation.
The less "passing" of our group would likely be killed by other inmates. Those of us that do would eventually just end up doing ourselves in due to V-Coding. And because we'd all be seen as men we'd just fall into the broader prison violence statistic. A genocide easily swept under the rug.
