The window is bending from her sheer mass. She's pointing at the viewer (you) as she insults you with some repeated error messages from her that say "You... are... and... IDIOT." The button in her pop-up says "Fuck you." What it does, I have no idea! The pop-ups are also titled "MonoLuna.exe" at the top. Happy 404 Day! 'Tis the season to get funny errors, I guess! :3c
