For context I was a size 26 pushing a 28 three years ago after a really horrid time in 2022.
I’ve gone from that down to a size 20!
The goal is a 16-18 which seems far closer now and so achievable.
All my new size 20 clothes fit me. I’m overjoyed. I knew I was a size 22 but had no idea how close to a 20 I’ve gotten. A few more lbs and I’ll be comfortable a size 20 this summer 😭❤️
