If you're actually visually impaired reading this I cannot actually fully describe what's happening, BUT to the best of my ability - There are three people, in an intimate position. One (Brian) is a blond man halfway to transforming into a Byakhee, here functionally meanings he's got spiked growing out of his head, a weird dragon snout full of sharp teeth, his arms are starting to transform to wings, and he's got goofy clawed monster feet. He's straddling a thigh of, and leaning into person two (Mal) who has extremely long wavy black hair that in places is transforming into tentacles, stroking Brian's dick, and wrapping around Fran. Mal's torso is splitting open into a mottled black maw of jagged mis-matched teeth, and eyes. His dick's pierced. Along with pulling in Brian with a gentle hand at the back of his head, he's also pulling person 3 (Fran) closer with an arm over her shoulder, wrapped around her back. Fran is half transformed into a Cat of Saturn, in this case basically a tiger with stripes made from sparkly purple space and stars, and limbs periodically missing pieces, floating remaining segments cutting off harshly into cross sections of the limb (also sparkly purple). She's leaning into Mal, a clawed hand on his chest. All three look pretty happy about what's going on.
