I was gonna chime in here but Zakroff 👆🏻said everything I would have 🙃

Only thing I would add is you could use your art skills to dress up your resume. It doesn’t have to be black text on a white bkg

Pseudouridine RNA avoids immune detection through impaired endolysosomal processing and TLR engagement Toll-like receptors (TLRs) 7 and 8 detect RNA degradation products to sense infection. However, modified nucleosides common in self-RNA—most notably pseudouridine—evade recognition. This study finds t...

#neuroskyence folks: as my postdoc grant is running out soon, I am looking for new opportunities in systems neuroscience!

Keywords: patch clamp ephys, opto, mouse behavior, (in vivo) voltage imaging. Would love to return to the Basal Ganglia.

Sharing appreciated, and happy #FluorescenceFriday !

To be clear, COVID-19 vaccination - as well as other critical vaccinations - should be recommended for pregnant people.

A nonsensical threat to:
One of the most important advances in biotechnology of our time, already being used to successfully treat refractory cancers, enable genome editing, develop vaccines for infectious diseases for which there are none, treat autoimmune diseases, and more.

#PubMed has been down for some people and currently appears broken, or inaccessible. Smarter people than I can speculate on what's going on, but my worry is particular research being targeted for deletion from the database. All of us whose research can be found via PubMed must backup publications.

Looks like parts are accessible directly (BLAST for example) but can’t directly access the home pages for NIH or NCBI. Expasy better add some server capacity…
