Keeping the independent black metal vibe going with absolutely stunning intense banger of an album.
Killer guest stars, too π€π½ππ€π½
And damn fine bass playing, of course. πͺπ₯πͺπ₯πͺπ₯

there's no better time than a shitty Monday afternoon for 30 minutes of misery and catharsis
The nice thing about a 2:30 tipoff is that there's time for a flight after the game with Jon Reid, lead guitarist extraordinaire for Fathomless
βFeud with the Popeβ is BACK as a likely Wikipedia section heading after a 400-year gap.
It's my favorite time of year:
Playoffs in OKC

Fuck it, my first single is out now. I hope you enjoy it, my friend @vanessafunke.bsky.social did amazing work on the vocals, and it's the first track I've recorded a solo for in more than ten years. Let me know what you think!
Fathomless - II: Thy Desolation
A bit of morning listening
A film that takes place where you're from
Nothing wrong with another pedal, and since pedals are comparatively inexpensive it's the financially sound decision
I saw that on the news and my first thought was to check if you guys had already posted it
Black metal AOTY for me so far
I'm eager to hear your thoughts on the album
If you've never seen The Third Man you should watch that one next. Orson Welles is great in it
Whores are so good live. They may steal the show
Same here, but that's par for the course for Oklahoma in spring
who ever said jazz is about the notes you dont play amyway. thats not true. have you ever listened to jazz theres so many notes
I'm absolutely furious with society as whole for forcing me to know that douchebag even exists
I could find the Permian basin one too. We lived in Odessa, TX before moving to OKC in the early 90s. My brother was born there
But I bet you also nailed Amarillo.

Longyearbyen got me. I thought it was near the northernmost point of continental Norway, not an island in the Arctic Ocean
Fathomless is, always has been, and always will be 100% anti-AI. If you use AI you're not an artist, you're an intellectual property thief.
We have always had a good time at SNW, but I will concede that it's terribly overpriced for a one day festival. My wife will spare no expense to see System of a Down though, which is the only reason we've gone every year of SNW's existence.
Sick New World released the set times, and for the first time in the history of this fest we don't have any hard choices to make. No bands I want to see overlap at all other than Melvins and Deafheaven, but that's no big deal since I've seen Melvins 5 times already
I've watched Spa '95, Monaco '96, and Spain '96 so far
I've spent my whole afternoon watching #F1 races from the 90s, and I'm staggered at how dangerous it was back then. Broken cars left on the side of the track. Pitlane fuel fires. Marshals on track with cars going by in the wet. Half the grid DNF. What did it take for a red flag back then?
Please allow me to take this opportunity for some shameless self promotion:

If you like Gorguts you should definitely check out Dischordia. Because they're really good, not because they're my good friends and 2/3 of them appeared on Fathomless II. And the one who didn't officiated my wedding.
Love that album. I picked up a vinyl copy when I was at the Metal Blade Museum in December.
I feel like there has to be a story behind naming a preset "Make My Singer Sound Manly." UAD is definitely talking shit on someone specific
Hausgeist was jokingly referred to as "if you want prog, you've got it" during the recording sessions. I can't help myself. I had to have at least one song with a labyrinth of time signature changes on the album
