With the 1960's in full swing, the city enters an era of transition. Once rural highways become snarled with traffic, as suburban and mid-rise developments rise against corn and wheat fields. Can the city transition from its humble beginnings into the jet age?

The downtown revitalization is in full swing, as firms build towering hi-rises near Grand Central. Demand is so high that City Council recently approved new zoning to dramatically expand the city center all the way to Sports Park, as developers rush to submit proposals.
