Man, I'm so tired.

They don't say anything about it because they are starting to see how unhappy people is. So, backlash is good, keep protesting, let them know we don't want this. Even if the justification is "we only use it in this tiny part of the process".

The sad part about all of this is that all of the big companies are using it, they just don't say it. All of them are trying to find ways to get more money having to pay to less people and the result is people overworked on one side and major layoffs on the other.
