Dear Colleagues,
Delighted to share that our first lab paper is now published in Nature.!!! ๐๐๐
We identify a previously concealed โsafety limitโ in DNA replication program: cells intrinsically rate-limit PCNA via PAF15, shaping strand-specific and global replication dynamics.

I'm beyond excited and thrilled to share that my first (co)-first-author research paper has been published in Nature ๐
If I say Transcription-Replication Conflict, do cilia proteins pop in your head? No? Well, understandable, but you'd be wrong! Intrigued? Then read this paper!
Happy to share I have been promoted to Full Professor of Transcription and DNA Repair! Huge thanks to all current and former Luijsterburg Lab members. Your hard work, dedication, and inspiring spirit made this possible! ๐ฅ๐งฌ๐ www.luijsterburglab.org

I am delighted to share the main work of my PhD project in the @hamperllab.bsky.social now out in @narjournal.bsky.social. TRCs drive R-loop-dependent nucleosome eviction and require DOT1L activity for transcription recovery.

Very happy to share that our work on identifying and characterizing factors affecting DNA replication is published by Nature Communications!
RNA Polymerase II subunits overexpressions induce genome instability and deregulate transcription www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11....
Would it be possible to be added? :)
Would also love to be added if there's space ๐
