That’s really not a good look at all. And shows signs of incompetence.

Poverty is a political choice, and this Government could be making different ones.

Tax the super-rich properly. Don't punish disabled people.

Definitely looks like Labour are sore losers. It’s a disgrace that Bristol Labour councillors walked away from their responsibility and duty to the public by refusing to take policy committee chair positions now they’ve run to Government to take away more power from the public!

I’m on a mission to restore NHS dentistry.

Everyone should have access to a dentist, yet kids across the country have rotten teeth & people are in pain because they can’t get the treatment they need. The Govt must ensure that dentistry receives its fair share of funding.

I had an abortion in my 20s - I know how important it is that women have control over our own bodies and don't face criminalisation for our choices.

I am so glad to be 1 of 379 MPs who successfully voted to decriminalise abortion today - an historic vote to protect a woman's right to choose.

This is such a monumental and important moment for the left. We will not get change by staying in our silos.

Resolving that means coming together and deciding on a way forward

The night of the WECA Mayoral election I lucked out bigtime getting amazing Clifton streets to pop along and talk to so many green voters!!

Sweeping views of Bristol thrown for free!

Ani would be an incredible deputy leader and has my vote.

For too long GPEX have played it safe.

💪 I want to give local parties the trust and material backing they deserve.

I am not running for Deputy Leader to play nice.
I’m running to shake the foundations of how we organise and how we win.

Quote "I got to know Ani best when during a visit to Bristol on Party business, Ani walked with me through their ward, and we compared notes on representing inner-urban deprived wards./I've been impressed by Ani's level-headed response to issues and dedication to the Party and to equality"
Quote is presented in white on a dark green background with massive quotation marks. On lighter green, top right the words Ani Townsend for Deputy Leader. Bottom left Ben Foley/Councillor/Bedford. Bottom right a circular picture of Ben, masc presenting, wearing a trilby hat, specs and a red and white scarf. In the background tower blocks.

..grassroots-led campaigning that gets Greens elected

And with extensive experience as a local councillor, leader of @bristolgreenparty.bsky.social councillors, and as the party's national ERO, they have consistently shown the drive, integrity, and vision our party needs in a deputy leader

🔥 The political system is broken—and people are DONE with empty words.

The Green Party must lead with inclusion, integrity, and real impact.

That’s why I’m running for Deputy Leader.

It’s time to fight for the future. Let’s make change happen!

I’m backing Ani Townsend for Deputy Leader as they are an incredibly capable and amazing human. Their work ethic is calm in any crisis, wise and inclusive of all. They would be a credit to the party and a shining example of how politics can be done with kindness and putting existing members at the heart of policies and process. Ani is passionate about welcoming new people in. They find a way of supporting and encouraging everyone’s talents which is what we need to grow the party activist bas

The BBC has made its own bed of demise by unfairly featuring Nigel Farrage over and Reform over and above other parties. Unsurprising they’ll now have to lie with the consequences.

Sad loss for the rest of us. @adambienkov.bsky.social
