It won't cost the council anything and will probably even generate income for the council. Aberdeen FC want to use the Council's borrowing facilities (they can borrow at better than commercial rates.) AFC are paying for it. The City will benefit from continued footfall and so will local business.

Power cuts, alarm going off, no internet and heavy snow. Oh, and we cleared the driveway and car this morning for the second time so will probably have to do it again tomorrow. Cleared snow pile at the edge of the drive is about six feet high.
What a delight.

Spent a couple of hours clearing the drive and car. It's now covered again. Nae sure I've ever been stuck in the house for five days either.
