I've talked about it with my dr & he doesn't care in the slightest. Just tells me to take an anti-nauseant & my reflux meds but the anti-nauseant are OTC so they're for motion sickness & that's not what I need, I need something that will stop my body from going into fight/flight when being outside.

I just??? Wanna be able to do the things I used to. Even the things I never used to want to do.
I wanna go for walks, I wanna go to the store, I wanna wait for the bus, I wanna take the bus, I wanna get my medical testing done, I wanna go to the dentist, I wanna explore the universe around me ;-;
