Regional Togepi
[Fairy/Steel]
Based on fabergé eggs, these Togepi are protected by a hard metal shell. They are rare and having one is a symbol of high social status.

My Mega Weavile concept:
Their body starts freezing to the point it forms an icy armor. If it stays in this form for too long it may freeze completely.

Wanted to post this here first, and also announce that I'll be selling this and my other three Megas soon, so stay tuned.
