The case was well-tried. Val Demings had locked up the facts like the best law enforcement case I’d ever seen. I watched every bit of it. His defense was a joke put on by a bunch of pedophiles in the Epstein files. Republicans chickened out and failed to convict.
That wasn’t democrats. That was law enforcement (mostly Republicans) and the judiciary, which has typically operated as independent and nonpartisan until this administration. (Florida Cannon.) The system failed but was that the fault of Democrats? I don’t think so. The press is responsible too.
