Have good habits: trim your nails, include fiber in your diet, and get some exercise (including stretching for the pelvic floor).
1) Apply lube in a circular motion
2) Douche (deeper for longer play but usually not needed)
3) Repeat until you’re content with the results
Consider a plug afterwards.🤗
