Manitobans are speaking up on Winnipeg’s sewage pollution.

Enough is enough.

Winnipeg’s North End sewage upgrade has now been pushed to 2032.

Meanwhile, phosphorus pollution continues and the existing ferric chloride system is still not being fully used.

What happens when our lake can’t breathe?

In Lake Winnipeg, excessive algal blooms do more than turn the water green. They contribute to fish die-offs and harm aquatic life. When fish disappear, birds and turtles struggle too.

Protecting our water protects the wildlife that depends on it.

Letters are going out and momentum is building. The CEC can only review the hog industry if the Minister directs it, and that step has not been taken. Lake Winnipeg deserves transparency.
