I’ve done a little bit of intermittent yoga before, but a friend started brand new with that playlist. My only rec so far is to stretch out your wrists more than she tells you, and to buy a little knee pad (I got one for camping for £3)

In other embarrassing news I’ve started doing ytube yoga (carefully vetted by my mother to make sure I wasn’t going to make my joints Worse) every morning, and you know how you go to bed looking craving your morning coffee? My horrible body wants coffee AND 20-30 min of hip stretches.

My friend came by and found out I’d been living in my new house for a week with exactly one spoon and nothing else and forced me to take some of his [landlord’s] cutlery on loan. Forced to admit that having forks has also improved my life. Hope you won vs the enchilada.

Gonna be honest I have been known to IKEA it. You can look at your local ikea, should one exist, but even sight unseen it’s very clear about dimensions etc and they deliver to the room of choice for an extra fee.
