The only thing to add is that much of what Trump is now doing is not legal. The courts have made this clear, but his response is either to ignore or disparage them. What is worse is he’s getting away with it

Conflating Youth Mobility with Freedom of Movement is mendacious. Britain has YMS agreements with many non-EU countries such as Australia and even Andorra, San Marino, Iceland. It is just the EU with which it seems to have a problem. No wonder our EU friends are puzzled and irritated.
