I had to close my eyes a lot of the time for some of them, have my room mate move some of them for me and it could have been worse if this was a couple of years ago and I hadn't been to counseling.

but the way you can't even choose who us or isn't spawned is a nightmare as well

idk i dont think ppl consider this is a lot of people's first time playing a Pokémon game and getting jumpscared by bugs isn't very fun and can be triggering

I have had an okay time with the Pokémon in this game and have hid mostly all bugs in houses far away hoping theyll stay despawned and kept out the most un-buglike if they need to be used for certain things

ppl treat these two phobias like theyre not real and very much life altering but they are and can lead to other things such as paranoia and agoraphobia, etc.

I just games would take things into consideration
