The location is breathtaking and driving on the dunes with the appropriate vehicle is a "hoot".

It is a remarkable place.

When in Namibia, a "must-see" is Kolmanskop. It's an abandoned diamond mine town (ghost town). Literally, a town (housing, hospital, school, administration, meeting rooms) that the desert is slowly reclaiming as sand piles up in all the deteriorating buildings. Great to see and photograph.

Raise it to the top of the list- you won't be sorry.
