Yeah, I just go by feel. And whatever roots or tubers I have on hand. I started by using a Ukrainian recipe but, as with most thing I cook, it got Cajun real quick

It’s a stew made with grated beets and potatoes and onion and cabbage and lots of stock/seasoning and you get to throw a dollop of sour cream on it (and loads of dill)

You see versions of this dynamic in so many places. When you learn comfort with other people living their lives, it becomes easier to feel comfortable living yours. Knowing and loving a lot of trans people has definitely made me more confident in my own gender identity.
