Did anyone else try #orclapex GenAI with a database (on prem 19c) where the NLS_CHARACTERSET is not UTF-8? Ours is WE8ISO8859P9, and OpenAI doesn't even understand my requests.

Hi Jon. About the Fusion apps. I checked the Oracle Cloud World 2025 session list to see the APEX content. Almost all Fusion sessions promote Oracle Visual Builder Studio content instead of APEX. Very dissapointed.
