Jyoti Gondek is an outgoing Calgary mayor. She officially conceded a couple hrs ago. Still too razor-thin between Jeromy Farkas 26.1% (89,403) and Sonya Sharp 25.9% (88,654). A recount is absolutely certain. The other council results are still only a trickle so end of the week for them. So close.

It's a Farkas/Sharp duel. Looks like Gondek will be sending out resumes for a new job by next week. She is toast.
Council numbers coming in now. 4 incumbants leading and 2 incumbants are trailing It looks like there will be around eight new faces but that is only preliminary speculation.

In Calgary 293 of 380 polls reporting. I do not think Jyoti Gondek will get a second term. Third place and not moving up. Farkas still has a hair lead over Sharp.
