I’d say he almost definitely did, and now it’s bitten us on the arse.

That Ekitike benching/ substitute appearance was a real kick in the bollocks after having Bruno Fernandes (VC) captain all week and having 9 points in JPVH on the bench.

Never understood benching your best players instead of starting them, getting the game won early then subbing them🤷🏼‍♂️

You’re probably right mate. I do think there’s an outside chance Sarr could take their next penalty, CP should be working JSL into the team and his penalty record isn’t great.
Very limited for great options at the price point too but I like the gamble on Sarr.
