I have figured out the over arching theme of my #bluesky posts - I’m gonna do thought experiments here.
I will also post random thoughts, ideas, animals, plants, insects and other things i find cool; coz why not?!
My partner has taught me to keep a mental note of three things - ample rest, water and food.
Also, she taught me to regulate my insulin spikes - eat veggies, no junk and regulated meal times.
