Drawing of a maid in sneakers with a tommy gun covered in blood. There are stitches all over her body and discoloured segments of skin.
Normal maid with a respectable 9-5 involving normal things.

He holds up a hand. A: It's fine. You can't drink, though, can you? B: Clearly not. Don't act so polite. You sound like a moron. A: That's fine. I've got somethin' for that. B: Youโฆ She narrows her eyes. B: I don't do code-altering substances.

A comic with a simple style depicting two people wearing clothes with the colors of the asexual flag, facing each other and having a conversation. The person on the left says: "As a sex-repulsed asexual, I feel like I'm treated as inferior to sex-favorable asexuals because I can't give people the satisfaction of talking about, writing about, or engaging with sex." The person on the right says: "As a sex-favorable asexual, I feel like I'm respected less than sex-repulsed asexuals because I don't conform to the stereotype people have of aces, so they either kinda ignore my orientation or impose new stereotypes on me." A second panel shows both of them looking dejected, supporting each other by the shoulder. The person on the left concludes: "So, basically, we can't win, huh." The person on the right answers: "What else is new."
We're getting there little by little, sure. But it's a road.
Anyway happy international asexuality day

Four panel comic. Two characters sit with collars. "It's bad enough the aliens took over..." "But did they HAVE to make us their pets?!" From off camera: "Gleeba za gneepnarp?" The complaining character jumps up with joy. "Oh boy gneepnarp!"
Gneepnarp
Reason or logic played no part in this creative decision making process. Purely whim-based at this point
didnt even censor that one

and i think it would have been sweet to see a way in which the astronomers can influence sybil positively, to see a love that endures despite hardship - even if sybil has to throw away everything she used to believe in order to survive, i think there is still hope for her...
i think promise is so horrifically underwhelming to me because it doesn't seem to have direction other than being a "fix-it", like narratively it has no place other than audience appeasement, i think since it's so centered on jasper i would have liked to see it acknowledge HIS perspective
i think the real foil of sam and sybil is that sam, despite his struggles, values human connection & driven to keep going and keep helping people
but sybil is concerned with a world wherein humans are insignificant specks of cosmic dust and consumed by her own rumination
ultimately i think look outside is a game about 'the lies we tell ourselves to survive' - it's about how we spend our lives creating a perspective of the world that allows us to stay sane, or we fail and become nonfunctional
dissociation is an overwhelming theme of the game which lends to it imo
i feel like that ambiguity is on purpose, juxtaposing sybil's truth with sam's, where sybil's interpretation is so dangerous and infectious because negativity is overwhelmingly enticing to the human mind....... but at the same time i think in general the 2.0 endings were just kinda underwhelming
i like that it feels in line with "we limit our perspective in order to survive, the entire truth is overwhelming".. but on the other hand 'lol humanity is fake and we're all fake lol' really undermines "the compassionate spirit of humanity perseveres regardless of how much you or the world changes"
Leon mouth stuff cont.
