Got the perfect Mother’s Day gift for my mother.

Okay. At this point, since this keeps coming up, I’m just mad.

..But there’s that quiet voice, steady and sure, whispering through the noise, simple and pure: “just show up.” So I do. Because even in the chaos, even in the doubt, there’s work to be done and I’m not done yet.

It’s been a bit unusual... Multiple guys in the past 12 hours have mentioned that I look familiar or that they recognize me from somewhere. I’m not quite sure what to make of it.
