i genuinely do not understand why *anyone* would want a phd if they're trying to outsource their thinking to claude.

like, there are no jobs, no work-life balance, no resources (for most of us), and the work gets tougher every year. the thinking is the only fun part, i promise.

This really interesting. I'm an electrophysiologist so don't understand ECM biology very well, but I'm working with immunologists at the moment. During acute inflammation, immune cells move through extracellular space just fine. We're starting to wonder how they do this without breaking things...
