Jean is suddenly closer to the water, looking out at a shimmer of eyes peeking out of the gentle waves. She slumps to her knees, and holds herself again while meeting eyes with the seals. She is frowning.

Jean rises to her feet, approaching the shore. She looks down at the water on a pile of craggy rocks. She sees more visions of bubbles, eerie seals, and fish, before darkness.

Suddenly Jean is underwater. She looks shocked, and struggles to swim toward the surface far above her. Seals gather to drag her downward by her ankle. She constitutes to struggle, reaching toward the surface uselessly.

Isla’s jacket is on the shore. A pale hand reaches out to pick it up, and we can tell it’s Isla. She looks out to the same shimmering gathering of eyes on the water before turning away. She pulls her jacket back on, looking weary as the water returns to darkness.

A girl is getting ready to leave a coffee shop, she requests to borrow her girlfriend’s jacket, but she seems apprehensive about it. Jean, the girl with orange hair, convinces Isla, that it will just be for the evening and gives her a kiss on the cheek after providing her own jacket.

The girls walk to Isla’s home. Along the road is a patch of grass that slopes down to a dark bay. Jean stops for a moment, transfixed on the water. Isla tugs her hand to bring back her focus. She looks worried.

The girls part ways after arriving at Isla’s home. Isla attempts to ask for her jacket back, but Jean insists on keeping it, just for the night. Isla relents again, and the two say ‘I love you’s before Jean heads back down the street. Isla looks on with, appearing to still be apprehensive and worried.

Jean is wrapping her arms around herself, feeling cozy and pleased in Isla’s jacket. She stops again, distracted by the water on the bay. The moon is full and reflected on the water. Jean stares at the black expanse.
