Requested our purchaser buy Automatic Noodle and Autonomous by Annalee Newitz for my branch. I’m slowly but surely collecting enough robot fiction for a big display. It’s good to be the queen! #Librarian #BranchManager
Me too! I’ve been rereading and thinking how incredibly talented Seanan McGuire is!

Book cover for All We Have Is Time by Amy Tordoff. Dark blue sky with silhouetted images of a person sitting on a bench, standing under a lamp, and a building with a dome and spires.
Current read, ‘All We Have Is Time’ by Amy Tordoff. About 70% in and I can’t stop reading this book about an immortal woman and a time traveler, but I also have no idea how this is going to play out and I’m hella nervous!

Oh man! Wish we were there!
That was fantastic!
Ordered! Love the name of the book store!
Beautiful book! Told my reader’s advisory group (of librarians) all about it this week and they were so excited!
Oh, that just sucks

Just finished ‘The Prince and the Silver Platter,’ and cannot wait for the next!
Loved this! If you haven’t read ‘The Stars Over Bittergate Bay’, I recommend that first.

Two women holding up a quilt made of kimono fabric in a design of smaller kimono!
While living in Japan from 2010-2014, a close friend gifted me with several kimono! I had them in a storage box that I moved with from Japan to Vermont to California and to Maryland, but had no real way to display or wear them. A friend’s daughter made them into a quilt for me!

I gave an advance reader copy to my son in college and on the board of the St. Mary’s River Watershed Assoc. (Southern Maryland) He’s obsessed with the book and fired up for river rights!
