So I think the "curve" here is that one side is triangulating in a way the cheek is curved inward, and the other appears a little flatter. Hard to tell without lighting but hope that helps! Typical cure is triangulating yourself, i.e. knife tool so you only have triangles, but, well, it depends

You can test it by using Face > Flip Quad Tesselation to tell a face to use the opposite of whatever the coin flips determines. It's pseudo-random so doing anything differently will give verts new indices and yada yada Blender will have to reflip the coin

My best guess - and it's not certain but hopefully helpful: when you have a quad that's not perfectly flat ("planar") the program has to flip a coin to figure out how to turn it into triangles. This is the last step after all modifiers, so I think one side is resolving correctly and the other isn't
