I always wanted to improve Gaucamole (the apache not avocado kind). I don't know if I have - I managed to vibe code something substantial with Claude code though. It was a fun experience, so now I guess I maintain a new open source project: github.com/sol1/rustguac

Hrmm I got a 404. Can you edit it so the link works?
As a lot of you know I've been doing a lot of work with Knocknoc... we published a demo of their tech to our YouTube channel yesterday. It's a simple overview that also shows off the new (very simple) identity aware reverse proxy feature... it's very cool

I love this. I have been using 'meatware' in my architecture diagrams for when we want a puny human to do a thing.
*slaps roof* you can fit so many automations in this bad boy, you could never tell we made it needlessly hard in the first place!
Despite all the bleating, the VP visits the old pope who dies, then a new US pope is installed in a famously secret process. Smells like regime change.
it lacks a certain musk?
Yeah probably true too
isn't this how you let the facists win?
oh damn
This is dosai
Thanks so much! I was trying out 'edge orchestration' at conference recently. My followup question was 'do you have an edge?'. I did get a few blank looks though, but they could have been from the risk type of cyber people.
As a founder of a security product wrestling with this exact problem, I will tell you it ain't easy. Apple has shown that you get results selling the sizzle and not the steak. Technical people want the steak. We are trying both to see what sticks I guess.
I published a Soap Box episode today featuring my good friend Adam Pointon, CEO of Knocknoc.
You’ve all heard me talking a lot about this company, so here’s a decent breakdown of what it is they actually do

Well it is simple maths, if you remove negatives its bound to be a net positive. 😃
Yeah but can it do non-blocking multicast and PTP so we can run a SMPTE 2110 network on it?
Oh man, this quantum computing stuff if wildly different to anything else. This video is hectic.

Podcasts are very time efficient for me

If Microsoft had purchased discord, and pissed off teams, it would be a different story.
I'm with you.

Amazing stuff. I look forward to your long form video.
The customers are often completely unforgiving and unsympathetic and the pay is awful.
Omg yes. My health fund stopped using password, so logins are only otp via email. Totally crap.
This makes sense now. Make sure your vault is nicely HA I spose!
Oh I'm interested in where you would use transit encryption. I only recently saw that and wondered what it was really for.
Not to mention changes to the login screens not being communicated. Users get phished much easier if the app looks different regularly.
