Yes, I interpreted it as probability of getting assigned a reviewer with 10 is higher than a reviewer with 5 independent of ranking. I think a range of 1-5 would be sufficient.

#cvpr2025 It seems that the affinity score in reviewer ranking in #openreview is highly affected by the first keyword. Anybody else experiencing the same? @csprofkgd.bsky.social . Also it would help if there would be a google scholar button directly next to the name (the way it is in cmt).
