I agree. But most small CMS/e-commerce packages are reliant on the builder/coder. who's usually moved on or checked out before the product hits the market. Coder dies. code dies. There's rarely any legacy provision or open source support

Google Ads Support really needs to get its act together. Called me at 5 am in the morning - 3 times. Then told me I was wrong about a fault in Google Ads.
