Having beaten the main story I can say that it grew on me a little. I still have some scathing opinions but I do find the story endearing and overall had fun playing.

I know I’ve been very critical of Pokémon as of late but I recently got Violet and for a $60 game, it really is lacking in a lot. Even Shield was more fun for me :( I don’t want to be a Debbie Downer but man, they really phoned this one in. I do have confidence that Wind/Waves will be better!
