AI is reshaping organizations, not just productivity. 2025 will see less bureaucracy, hybrid AI-human teams, and automated processes. This shift demands rethinking structures, empowering creativity, and fostering AI literacy in leaders. Done right, AI can make work more agile, fulfilling, and human.
