So I have a little terminology and lingo lesson for everyone involving dogs and giant paws, with thanks to @cattinypaws.bsky.social for helping with this demonstration.

First is "top dog," as in I am claiming my spot on top [this] dog.
And then "underdog," as in I am now under dog.
