the amount of times i had to change my password because it said it did not recognize me, even tho i just changed the password is insane

never have issues with mailing or shipping unless it’s UPS. they always either manage to lose my shit or say they tried to deliver even tho they clearly did not. horrible app and site too, absolutely broken
