Seattle's stadiums with Mt. Rainer (Tahoma) and the Great Wheel. The Mariners were playing at home. They beat the Yankees 2-1 after hitting a homer in the 9th inning, ending the game. 3 bracketed photos taken March 30.

What frequency do all 3 locations have above normal snowfall to date and Juneau still has more snow than both combined while Fairbanks has more snow than Anchorage.

A glory heading toward SEATAC. This is one of the better ones I’ve seen, caused by sunlight backscattering in liquid cloud droplets around the plane’s shadow.

It was so cold that the cold scale went back to warm tones. 🥶

14 years ago last night a full moon rose.

10” or 24cm of super fluffy joy on top. There was more but it settled some.

They needed to extend their hours for that. lol.

5 years ago last night I saw the aurora stretching across the southern sky above Turnagain Arm and through Orion.
