Thread: When I first read Robert D. Kaplan’s "The Coming Anarchy" (1994), I was struck by his quoting Thomas Homer-Dixon about a limousine scenario. But I think I understood it very differently than I do now. Now, I realize more clearly the people inside the limo are screwing the rest of us. 1/7
