strained out the meat and whisked half a cup of flour into the liquid to make the gravy. it's so good i stood over the pot eating it on white bread. next time I'll try making a more bbq-like flavor profile i think

full process: fried 3 halved shallots and some dehydrated garlic in olive oil, then added soy sauce, beef concentrate, salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder, 1/2 cup brown sugar, squirt of honey, 3 cups of water, and dropped the pork chops on top with 2 sprigs of rosemary. sat for 4 hours on low

today's big cook, did 4 fatty pork chops in the dutch oven over 4-ish hours, turned the liquid into gravy, pulled the pork apart... SO fuckin good. gonna make rice later and portion it out for the next week 😤😤😤

plus if i can get myself to do my workout that usually makes me feel Good and then i do other things like clean my house or work on art. so i think workout as the primary "do this if nothing else" task is good
