To fix this, simply breathe into the gap between the mouse and the mouse button. Our breath has enough moisture to discharge the static electricity. This should help in removing the static electricity buildup. Generally when the environment is of low humidity or the buttons are clicked in rapid succession, static electricity tends to build up. This is a common problem in mouse since there's no other way for the static charge to be discharged. First, I though it's a joke, but I gave it a try, and it totally worked for me!"
