I personally have a headcanon that Cooler from DBZ is a bit of an outcast from his family. They desperately want to know what compassion and love feels like. They fantasize about cuddling and holding hands with humans. Kissing a human is seen as a sort of extreme fantasy, something that could never happen. But just imagine it, demon and human mouths touching sweetly…gosh…

After the Rapture and demons flood into our world, they don’t kill but instead throw themselves at our feet and beg us to love them. To hug them and kiss them and give them sensations they’ve never known.
