Surprise inspection finds ICE stuffing migrants 'like sardines' into a facility with no bed, showers Three lawmakers visited a Mesa ICE facility unannounced and found overcrowding, with 250 detainees packed into rooms "like sardines"

Hey @minister-president.bsky.social perhaps it's not a good idea to visit Nazi USA when it's now proven they have concentration camps with similar conditions as Dachau and Auschwitz

DHS deported a US citizen to Mexico. Brian Morales is 25 years old who was born in Denver. Pulled over in Texas with his construction crew. Didn’t have his ID on him and told officers he could get his birth certificate, Social Security card, and medical records from home.

I'm one of those trans women. I worked ground ops for Artemis I.

I am torn between celebrating the success of my friends and peers and grieving how my dream of working for NASA was shattered by hateful assholes in Tallahassee

They don't want to be on the record as voting to support the war. So they avoid the vote taking altogether.

The US is absolutely a rogue state. 100%. Democracy is dead. The republic for which it stands is dead. We are early stage fascist dictatorship.

And there's a LEGO corollary: You will always drop at least 5 LEGO pieces on the floor while building a set, and at least one of them will mysteriously vanish and take at least 5-10 minutes crawling around on the floor to find it.

It is a rule of building furniture that includes hex wrenches that you will always drop that hex wrench at least 10 times.

Some 60 million light-years away in the southerly constellation Corvus, two large galaxies are colliding. Stars in the two galaxies, cataloged as NGC 4038 and NGC 4039, very rarely collide in the course of the ponderous cataclysm that lasts for hundreds of millions of years. But the galaxies' large clouds of molecular gas and dust often do, triggering furious episodes of star formation near the center of the cosmic wreckage. Spanning over 50 thousand light-years, this stunning telescopic frame also reveals new star clusters and matter flung far from the scene of the accident by gravitational tidal forces. The remarkably sharp ground-based image follows the faint tidal tails and distant background galaxies in the field of view. The suggestive overall visual appearance of the extended arcing structures gives the galaxy pair, also known as Arp 244, its popular name - The Antennae. Artemis II: mission updates

About 45% of pet ownership is walking by them and badly singing little songs that integrate their names. If you can’t do this, then I’m sorry, you are not ready for the responsibilities of owning a pet.

Tucker Collins is 18. A USC freshman. He went to the LA No Kings rally on March 28 with a camera. He came home without an eye. A DHS agent fired a “less-lethal”projectile that destroyed his eyeball and fractured his eye socket. He was documenting the protest and just taking pictures.
