In context of this card pack, Ryu was summoned into the Cyberworld to fight against Shadaloo and their plot to blow up Den City, a storyline based loosely on Street Fighter V's story mode "A Shadow Falls". The large hands in the background belong to a gigantic virus version of M. Bison, Shadaloo’s last line of defense to protect the emergency stop button on the timer. The bomb was rigged for a mere 30 minutes, and MegaMan & Ryu managed to save the day at the last possible second.
