Have you played the newer Xbox One version? I've read reviews that people say it's not as good, and more buggy.

Catan is great...and I enjoy getting it to the table, but haven't played in quite a while.

Fun fact. When I was in high school, sometime between 1994 and 1996, my dad was a banker, and one of his customers were the guys at MST3K (Mystery Science Theater 3000). I got to take a tour of their production studio in the Twin Cities (MN). It was so cool! Got to see how they made the robots.

I still have my Kinect for my 360, and it works great! Also have Kinect for my Xbox One, but not as many games were built for that console.

I just used two of my last four days that were carryover from last year (I can carry over a full year). My last two days will be used in a few weeks. I have this week and next a full weeks, and then M-W of the following week. Then off until after the new year. Whoo hoo!!!

So I installed a bunch of backwards compatible Xbox 360 games on my new Xbox Series X that have enhanced graphics. Oh my goodness! I know I’m literally late to the game on this, but wow! Are there any other delisted games for the 360 I should know about to install?

Why would my Xbox Series X not turn on when I push the Xbox button on my controller? The console just suddenly stopped wanting to turn on when I push the button on my controller. How can I fix? If I manually turn on console, then push button on controller, then they connect.

BTW, I may have told you that I am PriusGuy2004 on X that you’ve replied to in the past.

IIRC, when I got my Kinect during the beta program, after I got it connected, it almost immediately gave me the RRoD. Thanks fully, after I had posted to the private forums, someone from Xbox reached out to me to help. Was so stoked I was picked to be a beta tester. My 360 connected to my 75” Sony.

I still have my Xbox 360 with Kinect (I got to be one of the Kinect beta testers back in the day), and right now I’m making my way through “Fallout: New Vegas”. First time ever playing the game. Hey…gotta start sometime, right?

Dear Target. I get it. Digital is the wave of the future. But why, oh why, is your selection of physical Xbox One games so small? It’s literally less than five games compared to the physical selections for both PS5 and Nintendo Switch games…both of which have around 30 spaces for displaying games.

For those of you with a Xbox Series X, do you have your console standing vertically or horizontally? Is one better than the other?

awesome! Thank you! I assume there are some Xbox One games that aren’t designed for 4K or “enhanced”, so I could leave those off the Series X and just play those on my other XB1, right? And also, if a game’s cover doesn’t have “4K/Enhanced”, do publishers sometimes release patches so that they are?

Can anyone tell me if Xbox Series S/X games will run on my regular Xbox One? “Assassin’s Creed: Shadows” says S/X on the front cover, but I don’t know if it will work with my Xbox One. I sure hope so!
